Drag the substations and items to match the real site — the cable runs follow automatically and show
live progress along each run. Drag the small corner handle to change a box's width and height.
Connect links any two boxes: click the button, then the first box, then the second — a new route
section is created and appears in the register below. Click a route to select it: you can then change
its drawn width (− / +), bend it like a Miro board — grab anywhere on a selected route and pull to
curve it; white dots are bend points you can drag, double-click a dot to remove it, and Straighten resets
the line — and add special stretches — short lengths that need something specific
(e.g. "CH 75–90 m · road crossing — hand dig"). Stretches show as red dashed bands on the plan and outline
the matching 5 m squares in the tracker in red. Click a box once to select it — a toolbar appears
where you can rename it, change its colour or delete it (deleting a substation also removes its connected
routes). Double-click empty canvas to add a new box right there, Esc clears any selection, and
Line up puts the substations back in a straight line. Zoom & pan: pinch on a phone,
Ctrl+scroll on desktop, or the +/−/⤢ buttons on the canvas; drag empty canvas to pan around when zoomed in.
Everything saves automatically.
Schedule — planned vs actual
S-curve — planned vs actual progress
The grey dashed line is where the plan says you should be (length-weighted across dated sections);
the green line is where you actually are — a point is recorded automatically each day you use the tracker.
If green sits below grey, the project is slipping, and the size of the gap is your early warning — the
conversation to have with the client before it becomes a claim.

Every timesheet and equipment hour is attributed to the supplier set against that person or machine in the
company libraries — Own for your own crew and plant, or the rental company you hired them from. This table
totals what each source has cost across the project so far, so you can reconcile a rental company's monthly
statement against your own record before you pay it. Set or change a supplier in the workforce and equipment

Calculated automatically from timesheets, the equipment log and material usage, using the two rates in the
company library at the bottom of the page: cost rate (what it costs you) and charge rate
(what you bill the client). Overtime is 1.5×. Idle equipment hours cost you money but are not billable —
that gap shows up straight in the margin.
Section register
Open the 5 m tracker on any section to mark progress square by square — each square is 5 metres of trench.
Click a square to cycle: empty → in progress (amber) → done (green). Use +5 m / −5 m to advance the work
front quickly, or ✓ all for activities done in one go. Lengths, dates, substations and notes are all
editable in the table. Export JSON backs up everything to a file; Export CSV gives a summary you can
open in Excel or email to the boss.

Project stages & weights
These are this project's tracked activities — every section gets a 5 m tracker per stage.
Rename freely (recorded progress is kept), adjust the weights to match effort, and reorder to control the
"current activity" readout. Deleting a stage removes its recorded progress — a safety snapshot is taken first.
